Harvested at the very start of the season, our olives arecarefully selected just as they’re beginning to turn colour and rich with polyphenols.

These green olives yield only a small amount of oil, but deliver an intensely fresh, vibrant flavour that’s balanced and full of character. The perfect addition drizzled over almost any dish, or enjoyed straight from the bottle for a dose of anti-inflammatory goodness.
