250ml B.Y.O.O Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our B.Y.O.O Blend is a neighbourly gathering of olives collective from a handful of small groves across the North Canterbury region. An idea born from a season of unfavorable frosts - after harvesting what we could, we put the word out, and the community answered. Once cold pressed, the oils are meticulously blended and balances to create a charismatic, peppery EVOO perfect for any occasion.

Pressing Date: 30 May 2026 - 28 June 2026.
